Portland
Straddling the Willamette River in the shadow of the superb Mount Hood, Portland is the biggest city in Oregon and additionally the third biggest city of the US Pacific Northwest area. While the city is known for its successive rain sprinkle, it is Portland's atmosphere that produces it with beautiful view, including a plenty of rose greenery enclosures, which give Portland the moniker, "City of Roses."
