Hadrian's Wall
Hadrian's Wall was worked by the Romans to shield their state Britannia from the tribes in Scotland. It extends for 117 kilometers (73 miles) over the north of England from the Irish Sea toward the North Sea. Development began in 122 AD following a visit by Roman Emperor Hadrian, and was to a great extent finished inside six years. Today just extends of this celebrated divider are as yet noticeable. There is a national way that takes after the entire length of the divider from Wallsend to Bowness-on-Solway.
